Guide: offer appointments in the conversation
How your agent books appointments in the chat, with your availability or your existing calendar, and where your team tracks them.
Not everything closes online. When a customer wants to see, try or get advice in person, your agent can take over and offer an appointment, without leaving the conversation.
What it is. Appointment booking built into the chat: the agent detects the request, offers slots, asks your qualification questions and confirms, all inside the conversation thread. The customer receives their confirmation by email.
Two ways to manage your slots
Your availability in Humind. Define your hours and slots directly in the platform: the agent only offers what is free.
Your existing calendar. Already using a booking tool (Calendly for instance)? Plug it in: the agent shows your calendar in the conversation, and appointments booked there are attached to the Humind contact.
Qualification questions
Add your own questions at booking time (the topic of the appointment, the preferred store, any useful detail): your team knows who they are receiving and why, before the appointment even starts.
Where your team finds them
Every appointment appears in three places: in the conversation that led to it (with its status), on the contact profile, and in the Appointments page that lists everything upcoming.
The right reflex
Test the journey: ask your agent "can I book an appointment?" on your store, book a slot, and watch the appointment appear in the Appointments page with the conversation attached.
