Guide: publish your help center
One knowledge base, two surfaces: how the help center works, languages, your domain, SEO, and why nothing changes until you hit Publish.
The knowledge you gave your agent can also serve your customers directly. The help center publishes it as a help site in your colors, with AI-assisted search.
What it is. A public site generated from your knowledge base: your public articles become the pages, your folders become the categories. One content to maintain, two surfaces: the agent uses it to answer in conversation, the help center offers it to read.
Create your help center
The creation assistant guides you: it suggests a selection of articles from your existing base, your logo and colors, and an address. You can publish a presentable first version in fifteen minutes.
Languages
What it is. Every article and category can exist in several languages: the help center serves each visitor in theirs, with clean per-language addresses. Translations are generated automatically and stay editable article by article.
Your domain
By default, your help center lives on a Humind address. You can plug it into your own domain (for instance help.yourbrand.com): your brand end to end, and your SEO.
An asset for your SEO
What it is. Every published article is a real web page, indexed by Google, with a clean address per language and an automatically generated sitemap. When someone searches "shipping time your-brand" or a question about your products, your help center answers, not a forum or a competitor.
Published on your own domain, that traffic and authority accrue to your site. The richer your knowledge base, the more searches your help center captures: it is SEO content you have already written.
Search and the built-in assistant
The search bar does not just list articles: it answers the question asked, from your content, and cites the articles used. A visitor who does not find can switch to the conversation with your agent without leaving the page.
Publishing: the important part
The help center works with versions. Your changes (an added article, a renamed category, a fixed content) are not visible online immediately: they become visible when you click Publish, which freezes a new version of the site. It is your safety net: prepare quietly, publish when everything is ready.
